Lunch
Program
In this impoverished community, most families average one meal a day. The Lunch Program provides a much-needed, nutritionally balanced second meal. This has a direct impact on our students' ability to focus and learn in the classroom, significantly increasing our effectiveness in educating the next generation of leaders for Christ.
Our Hearts are for our Students: Mind, Soul, and Body

Students and staff enjoy lunch made possible by prepackaged food donated from a local non-profit and locally-sourced foods, some grown in PCA's very own campus garden.
Our lead cook and rotating assistant cooks are mothers and caregivers of students. Employment through The Lunch Program empowers these women to care for their families by earning much needed income and actively supporting their children's education.
